I have an agent that allows the user to select a document from a view and updates the status field. The problem is that the view does not refresh after the agent runs even with the following code:

Call view.Refresh

Call uiworkspace.ViewRefresh

The strange thing is that it works correctly in another database (which is where I copied the code from) but it will not work in my current database. I currently am using the following code as a work around:

Call uiview.DeselectAll

Call ws.viewrefresh

I’ve checked the view properties and nothing appears different between the working applicatin and the non working appplication? Is there something I may be missing???

Call view.RefreshCall uiworkspace.ViewRefresh

Call uiworkspace.ViewRebuild

should solve such problem

You probably need to update the backend document.Before changing the document do

uidoc.AutoReload = True

is the document saved after changes?

call uidoc.save(true,false)

If that doesn’t work, force the reload with

call uidoc.reload

then do the uiws.viewrefresh
