On one of my users databases, the normal view they use “all open cases” has been corrupted. Rather than items appearing in the columns the main headings have been bumped over to the middle of the screen. In otherwords, the view is messed up somewhat and by using the ‘default’ button the view doesn’t return to the default settings as it should. Does anyone know what I am talking about.
P.S. Since all databases are not affected, the main template is not the answer to apply amended design changes. It seems to be only with the local version of one of about 20 users. I am stumped.
