We just upgraded our Nomad Server to "1.0.13 IF2 (Interim Fix 2)". My Nomad Web Client, both Browser and PWA, show the Version as 1.0.13.54-46. Are they the same?

Nomad server includes two parts: the server itself and the embedded Nomad for web browser client. You can find both of the versions in various ways (there are .txt files on the server, it is embedded in a few files, "tell nomad version"), but the easiest is probably "tell nomad version" which then shows you what you have installed and then you know what to expect on the client side.
That is the general answer. In this particular case, I can tell you that you have the Nomad for web browsers client included in 1.0.13 IF2 (1.0.13.54-46).
