Running Verse On Prem 3.1.0 on Domino 12.0.2.FP2.
When I bring up a contact's card, the only information on the card is the email address despite there being additional information available for the contact (e.g., work phone, company name, title, etc.).
Doesn't matter if it is a contact in the Domino address book or in my personal address book.
I do have contact photos enabled and that is working.

Yeah, saw that idea after I posted and voted for it.
You would think, at the very least, you would be able to open the Contact's record from the contact card in Verse to access the additional info.
But it looks like HCL is using this as a carrot to get people to install Connections.

Is this a lab / test environment or a production one?
Just to validate if this was a fresh install or an upgrade. In case it was upgrade, was it working/showing before?
I'm still running VOP 2.2.0a on Domino 12.0.1 FP1 (about to upgrade both, so, that's why interested in knowing about your current scenario) and I do have those additional fields in the Business Cards.
Well, actually, we do have: Email Address, Title, Address, Phone number and contact Local time.

This is a fairly new environment, that I recently upgraded from VOP 3.0 to 3.1.
But our older environment with VOP 2.x still never had any additional info on the contact cards beyond name and email address.
I suspect you are running HCL Connections? We are not.

Oh, I forgot to mention that. I do agree with this, and I have already voted on that FR a while ago.
I guess and hope HCL is beginning to understand and work on this, as the first major step has been done: Not depending on Connections for File Preview.
I guess providing more information on the Business Cards would be between the next steps.
