Some of our vendors are having trouble replying to our emails. For example, if they attempted to reply to an email me, the reply address would show up as Tracy Hughes/AWNC@AWNC instead of thughes@aw-nc.com as it should. Is there a way to remedy this?

I think the problem is that the router can’t determine your Internet address, so it’s constructing this with fullname%Dominodomain@internetdomain.
You can:
1st) Confirm that your internet address is in your person document
2on) Enable, in the server configuration settings document,the option:
“Lookup Internet address for all Notes addresses when Internet address is not defined in document”
(it’s in MIME - Conversion Options - Outbound tab)
