We are using Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) 5.3 to back up numerous PC’s and PC type servers. If we use this to back up a PC Linux based Domino server (7.0.2) is it best to drop the Domino server first?We are not (currently) using the TSM Mail stuff.

Hi Rob;
You’ll have to drop the Domino server services to do the backup properly. If you want to backup Domino while it’s running, you’d need to purchase the TDP for Domino component, which we’re using with good results.
