I have a user who used to be able to use the down arrow key while in a new memo - to field. He would type in a last name such as Tuschl and then use the down arrow on the keyboard to bring him to the next name in the address book. This no longer works since he received a different pc. We do have a directory catalog which I replicate locally to the pc. It works ok on my pc. Does anyone have any insight on this or is there a setting that I need to change?
