Is it possible? When I try to select my resources/rooms, I am told it’s not possible - there’s no local name & address book. But there is!. I can select to lookup names in To/cc/bcc fields, and I know for sure that it’s reading my local Domino Directory replica.
Any help will be great!

I’m pretty sure its not possible, since the “Find Rooms” function is attempting to locate the Domino Directory on the Server - which houses the defined “Sites” you have containing Rooms & Resources.

I have a local replica of Domino Directory, and can do name lookups, so why not rooms/resources?
There’s a reference in forun R6/R7 that says it can be done (he says "the ultimate end-result is you could then “book a room” while sitting on an airplane at 38,000 feet.

Does it have an entry for whatever Room/Resource you’re attempting to schedule?

Our experience is that you can create a reservation directly in the server reservations database when working in a local mail location but cannot access reservations to reserve resources when creating a meeting.
