User removed from local domain admin group

i removed a user from local domain admin group now every time the new user is registered policy does not allow to setup Lotus notes client for any newly registered user or any kind of editing in domino admin.The removed user had admin rights. How to solve this issue?

Any help is highly appreciated.

i have already added back to the admin group but i want this user to be removed and all control is taken by local domain admins
