Hello, I must to make a notes/web application in a server domino. I have only 20Mb to host that application and 2 notes users registered in names.nsf of the host server. In this application people can upload his personal information, one document for one people, for security and confidential reazons they must to register, and can read or modify your own document, web users don’t see others document. but… I dont have the posibility to register in names, I will register in the same db application…
Do you know some examples or have recomendations to devel. that ?
Thank you in advance and sorry for my english.

It is possible, but difficult and not as safe as using separate NAB users. I would do it only in extreme case on a properly configured and secured server. Do it on your own risk. You can create you own Address Book similar to standard NAB, where you create users. You can assign a unique value for each user and use that value in categorized single-category document views for showing documents only for that particular user. With some efforts it will work.
Or even better you can pre-create a number of documents for each user and then use those hardcoded UNIDs when user is “logged in”. The chance that someone else guesses to other’s UNIDs is extremely small.
To make it even more secure, let all users initially login with “real” login name (same to all users, e.g. “demouser”) to avoid anonymous users hacking the database.
