I have upgraded a user’s mail template to mail8. Since then, all messages in the inbox show up simply as a number in the ‘sender’ field and no other information in the other fields… all are blank Upon opening the e-mail, the contents of the e-mail are there. The headers of the email seem fine. Everything is fine. The issue is in the display of the inbox. The folders with old messages appear fine as well.
Any ideas or help would be appreciated… thanks
