User has Manager access and appropriate roles - still can't create document

I have a user who has Manager access to an application and all roles. When she tries to create a document from a form that is create-restricted to the roles she has, she is told that she does not have access to create the document. If I open up the form, then she can create it, but that’s a security risk in this app, so I can’t leave it open.

I have removed and re-added her to the ACL. I have added her network login aliases. All to no avail. I also added another coworker of hers with the access she (and he) needs, and he was able to create a document with no problem.

Any ideas?

Subject: restart user’s notes

Did the user in question restart notes after you made the access changes for her? I recently had something similar, and apparently notes cached the ‘not authorized’, but when the person restarted notes, it must’ve checked again, because then it worked.
