Client A => Send email Client B => returnreceipt = 1
Client B => Receive Mail
Client B => Create Agent or Button in view to change returnreceipt = 0
Client A => dont confirm email
Its possible Client B don’t modified returnreceipt?
Subject: User don’t change Field ReturnReceipt
Only if you prevent Client B from making any edits to messages in his mailfile. This would break things like the new icons for forwarding, etc.
Also, be aware that if the user uses the “Preview” to read a message, the ReturnReceipt is not sent. You can’t change that, either, unless you modify the mail template somehow.
