User cannot read email message because it is encrypted

I have one person that is having a problem receiving mail from someone else in our company. Person A can send an email and everyone can read it except person B. Person B receives an error “you cannot access portions of this document because it is encrypted and was not intended for you or you do not have the decryption key”. What do I need to do to fix this?

Subject: User cannot read email message because it is encrypted

The receipient has the wrong public key in their person document. This can happen a number of ways but it is usually something that happens during registration. It is no big deal to fix though. The user just needs to go into File-Security-User Security - Your Identity - Your Certificates and click Other Actions and Mail Certificate to you, the administrator. You then need to copy this into their person document.

Note: If this person is only having problems reading encrypted mail from ONE sender then the problem is that the sender has a person document in their personal address book with the incorrect public key for the receipient.

Good Luck,

Rob
