Can someone tell me how to use the address book of left staff, names.nsf on local drive on a new account.

Subject: Use other address book
You should just have to change the Database’s Title (through the database property window). If you have the location using a specific ID, then you will need to change that location (usually on multiple user machines). Finally, delete any mail addresses they will not need.
