I wonder if anyone has a solution for my problem. When we send mails to external recipients who are using Outlook Express, and enclose an URL it doesn’t work. The recipient has to cut it and the paste it into Internet Explorer in order to work.I would be thankful for any tip.

are you prefixing the url with http://? If not, I don’t think it will be translated in to a hyperlink.

No, the reason why the link didn’t work was that a setting in the location document was wrong. Under “mail” and “Format for messages addressed to internet addresses” I changed from Mime Format to Notes Rich Text Format. After that it worked perfectly.
