URGENT :Unread Counter Problem

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with unread counter.

It shows 5 unread mails in my inbox.

But I see fewer unread mails than 5

What is the problem ?

I’m very curious why you consider this to be urgent ???

There are a few possibilities :

  • you deleted a very large number of documents (+ 300 something) and the unread counter is a bit off. You can solve this by setting the 'Remove Documents not modified in the last…" to 0 days . Don’t mark the checkbox, though, because you will loose ALL documents

  • view indexes are not up to date. Update the index by opening the database, and pressing CTRL-SHIFT-F9
