Quando tento abrir um projeto feito no voltmx iris v9.55 da o seguinte erro:
Unable to port the project.
Port Projects Failed!
Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open ‘C:\Program Files\Volt Iris\vizDefaults\themes\defaultTheme\tabCanvasActive.json’
e o projeto não é carregado.
Para solução criei um arquivo vazio na pasta e com o mesmo nome, o projeto carregou, mas fica o aviso do erro.
Hi @cristech1970, thank you for your update. We are glad to hear that the project now opens successfully. We have seen this error in previous support cases where the customer had their project stored in a GIT repository.
In that case, the issue was resolved by creating a new copy of the project from the GIT repository by cloning it in a new directory. Then, the customer checked out the version that they wanted.
If you are not using GIT and you are able to reproduce this error when opening the project, are you able to reproduce the issue when trying to open the project from another workstation? This will be helpful for us to determine if the problem is with your local Iris install, or if the project itself is corrupted in some way.
