The incremental installser 6.5.x to 6.5.2 misidentifies the 6.5 version and will not run.
Calls to IBM have not been returned.
Anyone come up with a workaround?

You can’t go that route. The Incremental Installers will only take you in single incremements. In your case, you’ll need the 6.5 → 6.5.1 installer, then the 6.5.1 → 6.5.2 installer.

Take a look at a similar post. This is for a different version, but I had to do something similar for my upgrade as I had the same problem as you. If you have another server, check the values in the .ini file and make those changes on the server having the problem.
