Upgrading R5 Resource db template to R6 template

We are upgrading Domino 5.0.11 to Domino 6.5.1 We have not yet upgraded our clients to R6 as yet, that will follow in couple of months

Would like to know, what is the suggested/recommend solution for upgrading the resource reservation db template. Should we wait till our users had been migrated to R6. Didn’t find any recommnedation regarding the resource db in the R6 Upgrade redbook.

Any suggestions/recommendations/issues/links regarding it would be appreciated.

You should definately wait until all of your users are on R6. Users that are on R5 will not be able to use the new template. The forms look like they might provide backward compatibility, but they don’t.

Once all of your users are on R6, just refresh the db design with the new template.
