Upgraded to LN 8.5.1 client but still shows 656 template

A client was upgraded from 6.5.6 to 8.5.1 and now have 8.5 template for both mail and calendar. However, when the user tries to create a new calendar entry, the template interface shows still that of v656.Any suggestion how to fix? I’ve tried fixup, updall, compact with required switches, and design replace/convert and still unsuccessful.

NOTE: The calendar shows in 8.5 view…only when user starts creating new calendar entry that we see the old interface for 6.5.6.

Subject: Check if there is a prohibit design refresh on calendar form

remove it and replace design once again.

From the console try this:

load convert -U ZZZZ\xxxx.nsf * mail85.ntf

ZZZZ= folder where mail file is located

xxxx=mail file name.

load convert did not work…design option is already unchecked when verified
