Hi ALL
I have recently upgraded my Domino server from 5.0.11 to 6.5.4 but there are some clents still using the version of 5.0.11. Though the system works good its not very stable as it use to be earlier.
I am facing lots of problems in the functinality which involves codes accessing documents through there uniqueID or some times accessing a particular field by its item (lotus script codes) or some times links not working when opened through web (Basically all related to unique id)…I dont know what is the exact cause of this but these kind of errors are occuring very frequently after the upgrade…
I am not sure whether it is because of some disk structure LN uses to store the documents but I can see my databases ODS as 43 which is I gues is upgraded…
Well I can definately change the way of accesing the documents instead of accessing it through its unique id but then it will invlove lots of changes to the exisintg sytem do I really need to do that or is there any other way to solve it…
please guys your suggestions / solutions will be of a gr8 help to me…
Also, can some one please provide me with some kinda document explaining all the error xpected after upgradation along with there solutions.
