We had an upgrade from domino 6.5 to 7 and 7.2, after that there were problems encountered by our clients.
On our upgrade we simply did a installation of the new version to a new lotus folder then copied the notes.ini all ID files and all necessary nsf.
From 7.0, one of the problem is the unread mail counter in the inbox folder doesn’t match the unread messages displayed. This is said to be resolve by 7.2, so we upgraded to 7.2, but the problem still persist…
Anyone who have you encountered this too? How can this be resolved?.. Help please.
