Issues while saving groups over NAB sometimes(we can say one out of three groups)
Im having Author access over NAB, when I try to update existing groups with new users, sometimes it wont save the group. Despite there is no error message while saving the document, it just do asusual and when I go back to the group to cross check, I can’t see the updates.
Any idea will helps a lot.

check the administration tab of the groups that you can change to the ones that you cant. You should find that you are stated as the owner or administrator of the group for the ones that you can change.
Get the Admin guys to add you to these fields or you will need your access raised with the Group modifier role.

Thank You so much for your quick response.
Fortunately there was a group in Owners field which contains my id, else as it wont allow us to edit the document.
Few times it will save without any issues.
