Updated APNS Push Certificates but No Notifications

**Domino/Notes Version: 9.0.1 FP10
**Add-on Product (if appropriate, e.g. Verse / Traveler / Nomad / Domino REST API):Traveler
**Its Version: 10.0.1.2
**Operating System: Windows Server 2008
**Client (Notes, Nomad Web, Nomad Mobile, Android/iOS, browser version):Verse

Problem/Query:
I recently upgraded the Apple APNS certificates to the latest for Traveler and am not receiving notifications for incoming mail on i-phones. I have confirmed via Traveler SystemDump log that the certificates have loaded correctly and don’t expire until March 2026.

  • Traveler has been stopped and restarted.
  • Status is green/
  • There are not notifications in the log files of any errors for users with i-phones.
  • Checked setting on i-phones for notifications being turned on in both operating system and verse app.

Not sure why notifications are not being received?

Suggestions would be much appreciated.
