Update 9.5.40 to 9.5.42

I can't upgrade from Voltmx 9.5.40 to 9.5.42 on a notebook with Win10 Pro, Volt crashes right after downloading the update. Can anyone help?

Check if the iris_installer.log has more details/errors? It is located under:

C:\Users\<userProfile>\Iris\irisdata\logs\
