Unsupported File Type - ID Vault

so I’m am saving a copy of the notes id from the id vault locally but it’s saying that it’s an unsupported file type.

I’m a developer and my admin is out today so I would really appreciate any help you can provide!

How do I pull this id file for this user that for some reason does not have his id file on his desktop?

Subject: You have to do it through the Admin Client

You’ll only be able to do it if you have been properly configured… ID Vault is very secure so that no one can just detach an ID file from the vault…

Goto People’s and Group Tab… Select the person than use Tools → ID Vaults on the right…
