The Lotus mail of one of our users is not replicating correclty his unread marks from web / Lotus client access. I have seen a technical note (7003399) which talks about this, but apparently the Lotus Name of the user is being used correctly in both clients. Do you know why when he reads mail from web, the read marks are not being progagated correctly ?
