Unable to validate Kony Fabric URL in Kony Visualizer

Getting below error when I click on validate.

HTTP GET on https://manage.kony.com/console/health_check failed . Details - sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

No Kony Fabric server running at the URL mentioned.

I am on corporate network and have direct access to internet for white-listed URLs.. It is working for others in the team. I have already tried enable/disable proxy settings.

Any help here?

Since you are on a proxy network we are suspecting issue with certificate path for your proxy server.

Is your proxy server https? if yes, can you import the certificate of your https proxy server into Visualizer JDK KeyStore?

To import the certificate to Java Keystore, you can refer to this,
