Unable to sync calendar entries created by SAP Add-on in Outlook 2016 with HTMO 3.0.5 and Traveler 12.0.2FP1 on Domino 12.0.2

A customer of mine installed the Outlook Add-In SAP-Cloud-for-Customer- Add-In (version 231.0.5137.630). When an appointment is created in SAP Cloud, it is also created in Outlook, but it doesn't synchronise from Outlook to Notes. Calendar entries created in Notes or Outlook are synchronised correctly. Resetting the user in Traveler doesn't fix the problem. Any suggestions how to solve the problem?

The key is whether or not the SAP Cloud created event/appt is in the HTMO profile pst and recognizable as an event. If the customer creates an SAP Cloud event and then removes the add-in, is the event still visible in the Outlook calendar?

Hi Curtis, after uninstalling the SAP Add-On, the calendar entries are still present in Outlook.

Ok, so that likely means that for some reason HTMO is not detecting it as a valid contact. I suggest you open a support case.
