Unable to send mail to local contact (Notes) from Traveler client (Verse Mobile - Android)

Hope you're all doing fine.

Most relevant changes in our Domino infrastructure:

Move Traveler to a dedicated host (it was on the same mail server); before the upgrade.

Upgraded to Domino to V14 on new VMs (RHEL 9.4; they were both on RHEL 8.8, running Domino 12.0 FP5).

Both are Full blown installs (Full Apps installed on top of RHEL).

I'm not sure if it was right after moving Traveler to a dedicated host, or after the Domino upgrade, but the contacts I currently create on my local address book are not available on my Traveler client (Verse client running on Android).

I checked that Synchronize contacts is active. Actually, new contacts are available in Verse (web mail interface; Verse web is installed on the same mail server). They are not available only on Traveler client.

Is it indeed possible to send mail using Traveler mobile client (Verse on Android) to local contacts created in Notes Client? Am I missing something?

Hi Elvis,
because of the move the a new server you have to complete 2 actions:

1st ) add the new Traveler Server to the ACL of all mail files you want to sync ( Editor with deletion rights )
2nd ) add the new Traveler Server as "Trusted Server" in the Security Tab to the server document of your mail server(s)

I think afterwards the sync will work again.

Thank you very much for your prompt response.

Traveler Server is already added to the ACLs of all mail files.

Traveler Server was also already added as a Trusted Server in the Security Tab on the Server document of the mail server.

Any other suggestion to check for?

Thank you very much for your contact.

As a matter of fact, I'm already subscribed to the new Community site for the same Forums I'm currently registered in this one (Sametime, Connections, Domino).

I have enabled all email notifications on the three forums, checked the new options, but I haven't received any email from such new community. I only keep receiving the posts from current community. That's why I made the post here, and as the change date hasn't arrived, I thought there should not be any problem in posting here.
