Unable to see Reply to all option in panel& optipn group by date

Hi All,

User is not able to see Reply to all option in toptask bar also there is no option for group by date.

Please help in this

Subject: Template problem

That sounds like a problem in the mail template of the database.

Try replacing it using the -u option for folder replacement as well.

On the console, try sending this command:

load convert mail/database.nsf * mail9.ntf -u

If that does not help, try downgrading the template (loading an 8.5 template for example) and then upgrading again to 9

Subject: Folder design

The reply to all option comes from the folder design. Is it possible the user template is not up to date? Have you tried replacing design of the mail database using the mail9.ntf to see if the issue is resolved.
If you open the database with your client do you see the option? Or is the issue client specific only?

Subject: Sent and Draft folder

Someone actually logged an incident about this today, when I had a look, turns out the user was in Sent folder.

Sent and Draft folder don’t have Reply options and Group By Date :slight_smile:
