Unable to see every Foundry App on the Developer Portal

I have these many apps on my Foundry dashboard, but when I visit the Developer Portal, I can only see 6 APIs listed. So, how are these remaining not showing up there?

Any idea what am I missing?

@VersatileVats

Thanks for posting the Query in the Forum.

Please confirm whether the apps which you are able to see in the Voltmx Foundry console are published . If not please publish those apps and check the behavior.

There is a particular foundry app named wishyUpdated that is not showing up in the developer portal, even though I have published it multiple times (and even tried unpublishing it).

This is the only foundry app that has multiple versions. Does that cause an issue?

@VersatileVats

Thanks for the update.

We did tested this by creating 2 versions of Foundry App in the Foundry console. We are able to see both the versions updated in Developer portal. Can you make sure all the versions of that specific Foundry app is published and they are successful.

Okay, at my end, both versions of the app are successfully published

@VersatileVats

Thanks for the update. As of now the only option is to make sure the App is published in the foundry console. Once published will be visible in developer Portal. Please confirm whether if you can create a new app and then publish it and check whether the issue is getting reproduced. Also please confirm whether you are using https://manage.demo-hclvoltmx.com.

As you said, I created a new, dummy application in Foundry and even published it. But on the dev portal APIs section, I cannot see it

@VersatileVats

Please confirm whether are you using https://manage.demo-hclvoltmx.com and we are checking whether is there any limitation for demo accounts.

Yes, I am using the demo endpoint. I deleted a couple of unnecessary apps from Foundry, and that removed them from the dev portal too, but the new ones aren’t being added. So, max count does not seem to be a limitation on demo accounts.

How long will it take?

@VersatileVats

We are checking internally and waiting for the update from our extended team about Demo Accounts.

Thanks for the confirmation :+1:

@VersatileVats

We have checked internally and we could not find any issues with the demo account.

Hence can you once try clearing the cache or try with different browser once and check the issue if possible using a different system as well in order to confirm there is no cache issue.

Tried the incognito mode, different browsers but nothing is working. So, for sure it does not seem to be an cache issue. All of my 8 foundry apps are puclished, but only 6 are being displayed there.

In the networks tab, I can see that the API call is only returning those 6 on the dev portal. I am not sure, why those 2 are not appearing here.

@VersatileVats

Thanks for providing access to the demo environment. Post checking we found that a setting is not enabled in your account ie “Include all current and future apps” in developer portal configuration settings

Thanks for pointing that out & finally solving this issue :white_check_mark:

Foundry console → Developer Portals (from the sidebar) → Edit the portal (via the three dots) → Apps

Just a curious question: Isn’t that seting enabled by default for the accounts, and if it’s disabled, does it only show a certain amount of apps on the portal?

Thanks for the update.

The option should be enabled by default but it looks like it is disabled for your environment.Till the moment it is enabled you are able to find those apps in the developer portal.
