Unable to Open in Domino Designer

Guys!..

            I am new to Domino Designer,  I made relpication of Company Database from US server to Local. Now, i am unable to open the replicated database in Domino Designer & its prompting this message " You have insufficient acess to perform this opertaion "

Is any thing to be considered while replicating???

Or

Is there any problem???

Please help!..

Subject: Unable to Open in Domino Designer

By the time of copynig it to local please uncheck the “Access control list”. after copying it you can made a recopy of it then assign Server(us-server)name and in ACL your name should be added in that database. If you dont have access to that these problem will occur.
