I have a user who is not able to login to inotes but is able to login to notes client to access his email. I have reset his internet password many times from personal document on the server as administrator with different password and tried login 1 hour later and 1 day later but still unable to login to inotes with error message “You are not authorized to perform this operation”. No other user have this problem.
I have load updall -R names.nsf on server console, user have author, usermodifier access to names.nsf. - RESOLVED
