When trying to login kony visualizer for license authentication. I getting "Connection refused" error. Please find the logs & screenshot attached.

As an initial step of troubleshooting, please try the below steps and let us know if you still face the issue.
- please clear .cache directory under Kony_Visualizer_Enterprise
- Restart the Visualizer again
