I get this message when trying to view attachments. There is a keyview.ini file in the data directory and as far as I can tell the dll’s are in the right places. Any ideas?
I think this fault appeared as a result of an 8.0.1 to 8.0.2 upgrade.
Subject: I found this to work for us
First off I must note that we run multi user installations. I found the keyview.ini file in this directory: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Lotus\Notes\Data\Shared
I copied it to my C:\program files\Lotus\Notes directory and immediately I could Right Click on an attachment and choose View and the attachment opened.
Subject: Thankx - copied the keyview.ini to our shared data folder and now works for us too!
