A user is using lotus notes with offline copy of his mail file. Offline copy gets synchronized with server copy in every 10 minutes. But now his local copy is not completely synchronized with server copy. Some documents are missing in local copy. I deleted the replication history and then replicate, but problem sustain. Then i tried to create a new replica from user workstation, but there was no option for creating new replica of his mail file. Then i create a new database and copied all documents in that and then made it offline.
But again i tried to create new replica from user workstation, but no option for creation.
Though new database creation solve my problem, but why i was not able to create new replica.
Another user was facing same issue but in his case i successfully create new replica from his workstation because optiion was available.
I also delete cache.NDK, did replace and refresh design but no joy.
One more thing if we make mail file offline, after that option for making offline gets disable in user lotus notes.
Can we enable it again, so that user can again make it offline.
