For some reason, certain documents in one of our applications cannot be copied as doclinks. If I right-click and select “Copy as document link” no message appears in the status and the doclink is not available in the clipboard. Other documents work fine. Additionally, the same database on a different server allows documents of the same type to be copied without problems.
The flag “Disable printing/forwarding/copying to clipboard” is not enabled.
Any ideas?
