Unable to configure POP3 *** PROBLEM FIXED ***

I configured server to use Internet Site documents and have no problem with incoming mail and server multiple site webpages. My server has HTTP and SMTP Internet Site documents and those seem to work. I am unable to get POP3 to work.

I have POP3 started and poperly running on the correct port. I created a POP3 document and entered the hostnames that use to connect to POP3 service(and just for testing entered ip of computer trying to connect to domino server).

Ever time I try to connect I get error message about POP3 Internet Site document. There is not much to configure?? Why does this not work?

Here is error I receive when trying to use Outlook Express to pop mailbox:

The server responded with an error. Account: ‘XXXX’, Server: ‘xxx.hostname.xxx’, Protocol: POP3, Server Response: ‘-ERR This site is not enabled on the server.’, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC90

***** FIXED *****

Working with replica of Domain address book. Once replicated, POP3 seemed to work without any problem. Please disregard. Can’t fix stupid.

Subject: Urgent:POP3 Error

Hi, I am doing the same exact thing and get the same exact error. Can anyone tell me what exactly was done to fix this situation?? I get the same error with POP3 and IMAP. I’m trying to setup my outlook express with the server. Thanks!

it seem to have a caching issue sometimes, do “load updall names.nsf” and “restart server” after each configuration change
