I am testing out Notes Domino 7.02 on Suse 10.0.
I am having a few problems. I am using the script in the IBM redbook to start and stop the server.
I added the ulimit to the script
echo -n "Starting domino: "
if [ -f $DOM_HOME/.jsc_lock ]; then
rm $DOM_HOME/.jsc_lock
fi
ulimit -n 49152
ulimit -u 8192
But it’s not working. I get a error saying
ulimit: max user processes: cannot modify limit: Operation not permitted
How can I fix this?
