Ui Checkbox values to doc check box values

Hi,

I have one checkbox named “KPMGCat” with four values,

The same field is available in two different forms and I will be crating one commondocument for both forms in a different view.

But whenever I am openning those two forms, I should be populating the previoius checkbox values.

My code what I am using for that is…

CoreViewDoc.PRMGcat = uidoc.FieldGetText(“KPMGCat”)

The checked value is getting saved to the backend document only when one value is check in checkbox, when the two values are checked it is not working…

Please give me some tips…

Try getting the values from the back-end document rather from the UI document.

You could use:

CoreViewDoc.PRMGCat = uidoc.document.KPMGCat

If I see the document properties, I could see the checkbox changed values, but when open the backend doc, it is showing blank checkbox… It is more confusing

Hi,

maybe this is the trick.

In the UI there are only textvalues and no multivalue.

Multivalues are separated with a comma and is only on long text. I have reached similar problems with UI and backend …
