I have a config document and I am trying to set a field when a user compose a document on the web, I am having a probelm, I see that some people are using onload… (I think) to set a field , but franckly I would not know how to code it…
any help would be appraciated… thanks

Without knowing what it is you are trying to do I can’t give a definitive answer.
If the problem is that you do not know javascript which is the language you would need to code the onload event in for the web then see if you can achieve what you are trying to do in formula language - most of which works on both the client and web.
If not then you can run a webqueryopen agent in which you can code lotusscript.
