Trying to get better forms on hcl-software.com

Hi all!
If I have a LEAP question (related to the forms on our web, http://hcl-software.com), who is the best LEAP TA/PSS? person to ask? Need to forward the solution to the Web team at the end!

Context:
We would like 2 new “functions” for our forms today;
First, a sort of dynamic hidden field that adds in from where the form is used (trying to use the same form in many places instead of having dedicated pages for contact/demo forms).

Second, I would like a form to have multiple checkboxes where the visitor can choose what PDFs they want, and depending on what they choose, an email should go to the visitor’s email with links for download… (be able to get better leads by verifying their email and the customer gets all in one interaction) - PoC I have done, try if you want (password: HCLCommerce+)

I assume the capability is already part of the product. What I really need is a “how-to” that I can share with the Web team. Since I don’t have deep insight into this product (I’ve mostly worked with other form/app builders), I know what we want to achieve but not exactly how it’s done here.

Are there any uncertainties in my request? I can share links to our current site to show which forms I’d like to update.

Do you have time for a huddle/chat? What timezone are you in? I’m in CET. Maybe you have time next week or so?
