(TRUNCATED) Emails with Torn Blue page Icon

One of my users for some reason now has these Torn Blue icons next to the Subject line. When I open the emails the title says (Truncated). Does this mean there is corruption? What exactly are these icons? The user thought it was all of her attachments being stripped off, but when I look in the emails I don’t see any attachements in the email. Does anyone have any ideas what this is and how to fix it?

This means that the user replicated using the “Upto 40K of text” option. Click on the replication setting for the database on the replication page to see the options for this.

To get rid of the (Truncated) message and to retrieve the full email, there is an action menu choice to the effect of “Retrieve entire document” when you have that email opened.

Ok I found the rplication settings and disabled Receive summary and 40kb of rich text only on both replicas. I have also gone in and chosen Retreive Entire Document on some of the emails but the BLueTorn Page Icon still remains. After I do the action item is the icon suppose to go away? There is also about 90 emails that have this blue icon. Do I have to manually go into each one and run the action item manually?

You do need to run the agent on each document.

So if I run the agent is it suppose to get rid of the blue torn icon? Because they are still there, do I have to run something against the DB, to maybe assist? Possibly a fixup or maybe restart agent mgr on server?
