Trouble with incremental upgrade 7.01 to 7.02 on the iSeries

We are running v5r3 and have domino 7.0.1 installed. When you run licpgm we can see licensed programs for 7.0.1 and 6.5.

We are running the incremental upgrade from 7.01 to 7.02 for the iseries. When it gets to rstlicpgm it fails saying it was not able to restore program

We are trying to install the enterprise version of domino.

any ideas on what we should do. Below is what we see in the install log.

Subject: Trouble with incremental upgrade 7.01 to 7.02 on the iSeries

Need the detail messages to determine what the problem is (if on the green screen, press F10 to see the low level messages), but probably someone is doing a WRKDOMSVR or displaying the console output of a Domino server. During the restore, this screens are refreshed, and an exclusive lock is required. So you need to ensure that all Domino admins have exited any Domino console screen or the work domino servers screen.

You could paste the command: RSTLICPGM LICPGM(5733LD7) DEV(*SAVF) RSTOBJ(*ALL) LNG(2924) OPTION(*BASE) SAVF(QDOMINST/QNOTES)

onto the command line of a green screen and then press F10 to see the low level messages, to determine the problem.
