Subject: Trouble with document links on the mailbox of a user!
Is the user using a non-Notes e-mail system? Could the mail have been routed out through SMTP? It sounds like the server converted the mail to SMTP and converted it to plain text due to the server configuration settings.

We use notes mail system, i think that it can be some configuration on the client but i can’t find anything.
Any ideas?
