Traveler updates from Google Play

The latest Traveler client is available for some time now on Google Play.

My question is : what happens if you have your Android devices historically installed and updated (until 9.0.0.1 i.e.) via the corporate Traveler server? Will they update via the Google Play channel in the future? In case not, how can you switch them to the Google Play channel without having to reinstall them all?

You mean if Traveler would update, the Traveler app will be reinstalled and will asked again for credentials? However, to answer your question. Yes, the app will automatically update on the device itself.
