Traveler Red status

I am so out of touch with HCL. I hate to admit it. I used to have Traveler running successfully on 8.5. Now we have upgraded to 12.0.2. I have finally enabled TLS using lets encrypt. I have installed traveler on a new server, enabled certmgr. and all i get is this. have no clue what to do! I cannot find any documentation on what i've done wrong

Check this article out. Looks like APNS certificates need updated => https://support.hcltechsw.com/csm?id=kb_article&sysparm_article=KB0100144

You can also upgrade to Traveler 14 and you will get the latest APNS Certificates with each Traveler upgrade.

Ok, all is green now. However, i am still at a loss. What i have seen is install traveler. tell it your traveler address: https://mail.server.com/traveler. download verse from the app store and bam your in....NOT.

I must say, this is what happens when you don't mess with servers in so long. I am completely out of touch. Does HCL offer phone support like IBM did?

You can definitely put in a support request at "https://support.hcl-software.com/csm?id=csm_index" and they usually get back to you really quick and you can request a call back. Support is great!

About Verse Setup, you will need to provide the necessary Server, Username, and Password to utilize verse. You can also do different Authentication methods like Directory Assistance to Active Directory, SAML, Certificate and more. Look here for further details => https://help.hcl-software.com/traveler/14.0.0/Configuring_Notes_Traveler_Server.html

Thanks for the info.
