For HTMO, you need two components, Server side and client side.
1. Server side is combined with the latest Traveler version. So you would only need to install the Traveler and perform some changes for it to be HTMO.
2. Then there is a client side add-in that you would need to install on top of MS Outlook for it to use HTMO.
It could be that your account doesn't have the proper license to show these installers.
I would suggest creating a case for this so that your account can be verified if you have proper license for these products.
I have another question. Does the user have to have a mail database on the Traveler server?

I think the whole FlexNet site is a shame to HCL !
I find that I can hardly find anything by searching, it's almost as when trying to find something in Outlook from the last 5 years ;)
What I do is I find what it the main group it is related to e.g Domino. and once this listing is found it takes me 1-3 further drill downs to get to what I want.
But seriously - HCL, you should improve the search capabilities on FlexNet ?

Yes. Just tried to search for HTMO or Outlook. While I can clearly see packages listed in my Collaboration downloads for HTMO3.0.0 and 3.0.1, both searchterms reply with 'No downloadable packages for this query' or 'No downloadable files for this query'. Tried searching for packages and for files.

I have checked in backend and I found you are registered as Partner user on Flexnet not as a customer user.
For Partner User search works differently not like how you are searching. That search path is for customer user
For Partner user you have to follow below steps: I have verified this steps screen shot with your user account in the system.
1) Once login on Flexnet go to list entitlements.

2) You have to find relevant product Entitlement in this case its HCL Notes domino complete collaboration Authorised user on right top corner pl check I am log in as your address and verified. Click on Download Now button
3) you will see all products available as per entitlements you have purchased . I can see you have access for HTMO
4) Once click on HTMO You will see multiple version software available . Select the one which you want to download and then click on Download selected files.
I Hope this steps will help you. Enhancement already exist to make this search more simpler for BP users.

I agree that the search engine needs some improvement...but in the meantime, you can follow this path when you need to download packages on the portal.
Go to your downloads, then scroll down and select the option "HCL Notes Domino Complete Collaboration 11.0.1" and you will have a complete list of all packages related to Domino Notes, among them it is the plugin for Outlook:
Despite having to take a longer path, your search becomes easier. I always search in this way and I quickly find what I need.

Actually, I can see it after just viewing my Collaboration downloads, as 'HCL Traveler for Microsoft Outlook (HTMO) 3.0.x for Domino 11.0.1' .
That is why it is baffling why a search for 'HTMO' or 'Outlook' returns zero results...
